Katherine Ann Peters, 93, of Hilo, HI, passed away on Saturday, May 2, 2015 at the Life Care Center of Hilo. She was born in Detroit, Michigan on Nov. 20, 1921. She was the Head Librarian at the Kauai Community College and a member of the University of Michigan Alumni Association. Private services. She is survived by son, Stephen Peters of Kamuela, HI; 2 grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
