63, of Hilo, Hawaii, died February 11, 2026 at Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu, Hawaii. Survived by son, Rayce (Jennifer) Manners and granddaughter Evalani. Also survived by brothers, Rory (Tanya) Manners and Shayne Manners: sisters, Rhonda Manners & Ana Poti, nephew Justice Manners and niece Oriana Poti and numerous aunties, uncles and cousins. Visitation at Homelani Chapel on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 1:30, 2:00 service. Celebration of Life at Wailoa State Park (large pavilion) Friday, March 13, 2026, from 12:00-6:00pm.
