Benjamin Barrett's Obituary
Benjamin “Ben” Barrett, 62, of Mountain View, died on July 13, 2021 at home. Born in Gainesville, GA, he joined the US Navy in 1976 as a member of the All Hawaii Bicentennial Company and served for 30 years. He was also a weekly golfer at the Hilo Municipal Golf Course.

He is survived by his wife, Susan Barrett of Mt. View; son, Sam Barrett of Lake Geneva, WI; two daughters, Anna Barrett of Morrisville, VT, and Kanani Thomas of Hawi, HI; sister, Mary Leola Hale of Salt Lake City, UT; and 8 grandchildren.
