Brice Kahoiwai Buyuan's Obituary
Brice Kahoiwai "Pocho" Buyuan, 65, of Captain Cook, passed away on December 18 at Kona Community Hospital. Born in Pahala, Hawaii, in 1955, he was a truck driver for Kau Agribuiness Sugar Company, a transporter for Hertz-Rent-A-Car, and a Public Area Attendant for the Four Seasons Hualalai/Keolu. He also served in the Army National Guard.
A Celebration of Life will be at a later date.
He is survied by his wife, Tina Buyuan of Captain Cook; five sisters, Ruby Larioza of Hilo, Grace (Gaylord) Kualii of Hilo, Davelyn (Joaquin) Cuellar of Hawaiian Beaches, Kim Taniguchi of Hilo and Candace (Thomas) Escritor of Hilo; Auntie Elaine (Akira) Higashi of Pahala; Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
