Carl was very intelligent, but he was not wired for sitting at a desk in a classroom, He loved to freely explore and always wanted to know what made things tick. From a very young age he would take things apart and put them back together. He'd ask our mom for broken things; appliances, clocks, radios, etc. Often he would end up fixing them, always he was learning more. Like the 3 musketeers he hung with brothers Bryan and Terry and together they shared many exploits, their forts and pinecone wars were legendary. Amazingly they all survived their dares to one another as well as their inventions. They included Joe and taught him to hold his own. I am blessed to be Carl's sister. My memories and my faith in God comfort and fill me. I love Carl; love his creator who knew him best and most and I will see him again. Jude
