David “Jeff” Shepard
Jeff Shepard, 78, of Ocean View on Hawaii Island, passed away on December 2, 2025. Born in Boston, Massachusetts on December 18, 1946, Jeff was raised on Oahu and spent his final thirty plus years in Ocean View. He was a skilled carpenter and boat builder with a passion for surfing and sailing. Jeff is survived by his two sisters on Oahu, Gale S. Erwin and Heather S. Shannon. Private scattering of ashes off Diamond Head.
