Elma Ellen Reott, 95, of Hilo, HI, passed away on Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at the Hilo Medical Center. She was born in Needles, CA on June 15, 1921. She was a retired Loan Officer for Bank of America in Ontario, CA. Private services. She is survived by nephew, Craig (Karen) Beasley of Keaau, HI.
