Elvira Deguito Ramos, 70, of Hilo, HI, passed away on Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at the Hilo Medical Center. She was born in Quezon City, Philippines on Jan. 3, 1947. She was the proprietor of an accounting firm. A Celebration of Life will take place on Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at the Homelani Chapel from 6 to 7 pm. Casual attire, no flowers, no monetary donations requested. She is survived by caretaker, Paul and Constance Bee of Hilo, HI; 2 sisters, Mila Ramos of Manilla, Philippines and Meg Ramos of Manilla, Philippines; 2 brothers, Jerry Ramos of Manilla, Philippines and Roli (Kathy) Ramos of Kaneohe, HI; niece.
