Felix Larry Galario's Obituary
Felix Larry Galario, 83, of Pahoa, HI, passed away on Tuesday, October 10, 2017 at Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Hakalau, HI on March 10, 1934. He was a retired Laboratory Analyst and an employee of the Hakalau Sugar Mill and Hilo Coast Processing. He was also an Army veteran having served in the Korean War . He is survived by his wife, Emily Rosita Galario of Pahoa, HI; six daughters Lu (Sydney) Prudencio of Keaau, HI; Virginia (Ralph) Kahele of Hilo, HI; Lovey (Jalyn Like) Galario of Pahoa, HI; Gwendolyn (Edward Tejada) Galario of Keaau, HI; Lynette (Chris Guerrero) Galario of Hilo, HI; Lee Ann (Rolando) Guzman of Kihei, Maui; two sons, Larry “Kalei” Galario of Volcano, HI; and Glenn (Lei) Galario of Kurtistown, HI; and a sister, Polita “Pearl” Martinez. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at Connect Point Church (168 Holomua St., Hilo) at 9 A.M. on Wednesday, October 18, 2017 with a graveside service to follow at 12 Noon at Veterans Cemetery #2 in Hilo.
