Frank McClure Baker's Obituary
Frank Baker, 66, passed away at home in Pāhoa, Hawaiʻi after a brief illness. Born and raised in Boulder, Colorado, Frank was preceded in death by his parents, Mickey and John Baker.
He leaves behind his son, Saya, and three brothers, John and Mark of the Big Island, and Wes of Colorado.
Frank was a football coach and mentor for over thirty years, having coached at Hilo, Waiākea, and Kamehameha High Schools. Frank was set to retire after a career as an Adult Correctional Officer.
A celebration of Frank's life is set for February 24 at the Hilo Hawaiian Hotel, from 2-6pm.
