Frank “Uncle Frank” Allen Stallard, 87, of Pahoa, HI, passed away on Sunday, Oct. 9, 2022 at his Leilani Estates residence. He was born in Clinchko, VA. He was an ironworker in Alaska.
A potluck celebration of life will be held at Makekau Point in Opihikau on Sunday, October 30, 2022 at 2:00 – 4:00 P.M. Please contact Lori Baker for further details.
He is survived by 3 daughters, Teresa Swartz of Seward, Alaska, Stephanie (Rod) Richards of Beaverton, OR, and Cassandra (William) Cardoza of Scappoose, OR; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
