George Gines, 74, of Keaau, HI, passed away on Friday, October 28, 2016 at Pohai Malama. He was born in Honolulu, HI on February 16, 1942. He was a Process Server for the State of HI, Sheriff Dept. and a tile and carpet setter for Mike’s Flooring and Tony’s Floor Covering. A Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday, December 10, 2016 from 9 am to 3 pm at Kakaako Park (102 Ohe St., Honolulu, HI); a service will take place at 10 am. Family requests casual attire and leis are welcomed. He is survived by 4 sons, Guy Gines of Phoenix, AZ, Eric (Sarah) Luchenbill of Keaau, HI, Charles Andrews of Kamuela, HI, and Robert (Maryvic) Andrews of Ewa Beach, HI; 6 daughters, Dezerie Villaruel of Honolulu, HI, Malissa Galzote of Waianae, HI, Crissy Keaweehu of Waianae, HI, Desiree (Jerome) Pascual of Ewa Beach, HI, June (Michael) Ah Sing of Ewa Beach, HI, and Erin Luchenbill of Argentine, Michigan; 23 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
