Hoyt “Stan” Stanley Timbrook, 69, of Pahoa, HI, passed away Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at the Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Stockton, CA. He was a retired butcher and personal chef. No services. He is survived by spouse, Donna T Read Obituary
I was so sorry to hear about Stan. We spent a lot of time together growing up as cousins when our families would get together. I often spent the night at their house with Claudia and remember his Mom cooking waffles and Stan would always request that she put strips of bacon in his. I gave it a try and loved it that way. He was so much fun to be around and so very handsome. I always had a bit of a crush on him growing up. Sending love to you Donna and the Family!!! Cousin Barb

I'm so sorry to learn that Stan has died. Stan was my first friend. We were born within a few months of each other and since our moms were first cousins and best friends, our families spent a lot of time together. I have very fond memories of him and his sisters from my childhood. He was a great guy, very good-looking with a mischievous streak (just like his parents) and we cousins always looked forward to seeing him at family reunions. Our deepest condolences to the family.
