Jerry Alan Glander's Obituary
Jerry Alan Glander was born in Dayton, Ohio on September 18, 1938. He grew up in Loma Linda, California and graduated from Loma Linda Academy.
He retired from San Bernardino County as a Building Inspector and continued working at the City of Grand Terrace and retired as the Director of Building And Safety Department. Ten days after retirement, he and his wife, Nani, moved to Oahu in October of 2015 and lived there for 6 years. They then moved to the Big Island where he passed away on January 11, 2021.
Services will be held at a later date for close friends and family.
He is survived by his wife, Nani Glander; daughter, Janie Lee (Rolf) Drinhaus; two sons, Tom (Tami) Glander and Scott Glander; sister, Jean (Gary) Steger; four grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; and numerouse nieces, nephews, and two cousins.
