We are so sorry to hear of the passing of our dear Joanne. There are so many good
memories of her dedicated service to the students and staff at Naalehu School when she
worked as our school health aide. Who can ever forget her innovative "UKU Patrol" that
hit the ground running after three day weekends and vacations. So many wonderful
attributes we could all do well to emulate: kind, caring, even-tempered, soft-spoken
and supportive. She will always be remembered as the fine person she was.
