Kinuyo Sumi's Obituary
Kinuyo “Kay” Sumi, 96, of Hilo, HI died on October 5, 2024 at Hilo Benioff Medical Center. Previously employed by Ono Pac and was a beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother who will be deeply missed. Private services to be held. She is preceded in death by her husband Teiso “Rusty” Sumi, (son) Jeffrey Sumi and (daughter) Frances Cambra. Survived by daughters, Karen (Harold) Matsuo of Hilo; Anne (Henry) Miranda of Hilo and Delbert Cambra (son in law); 10 grandchildren and great grandchildren.
