Lawrence Tatsuo Tamashiro's Obituary
Lawrence Tatsuo Tamashiro, 83, of Pahoa, Hawaii, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, July 25, 2025. Born on August 10, 1941, in Pahala, Hawaii, Lawrence lived a life filled with love, family, and joy.
Lawrence is survived by his beloved wife, Ann Tamashiro; two sons, Grayson (Lynnie) Tamashiro and Garrick Tamashiro; and seven granddaughters, Casey (Donovan Oliveira) McCandless, Shanice Amador, Macy Tamashiro, Maelin Tamashiro, Maearalynn Tamashiro, Haley (Lucas) Molit-McCandless, and Erica Schweitzer. He also leaves behind two grandsons, Randan Tamashiro and Caleb Tamashiro, along with numerous great-grandchildren who brought him immense joy.
He was predeceased by his daughter, Niki Tamashiro, who will forever hold a special place in the hearts of her family.
Lawrence will be remembered for his warmth, kindness, and the love he shared with everyone around him. He was a devoted family man whose legacy will continue through the lives he touched.
