Loretta Sumiki (Victorino, Helliangao), 88, of Keaau, HI, died on Saturday, August 6, 2025. at Hilo Benioff Medical Center. She was born in Kurtistown, HI on July 19, 1937. Loretta was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She worked as a housekeeper at Uncle Billy’s Hotel and retired from Hilo Medical Center. She loved spending time with family and friends, enjoyed "treasure hunting" at garage sales and tending to her flower garden. Survived by brothers Edward “Eddie” Victorino of Texas and Theodore “Teddy, Theo” (Doris Russell) Victorino of Keaau, Belden “Jay” (Dee) Paige of Kona; sisters Lorinda “Dolly” Abis of Keaau and Lee Lavoie of Hilo; children Bonnie Lita (Michael) Muragin, Donna Ann Baker, Cory (Dawn) Helliangao, Darren Helliangao, Teresa Helliangao-Vazquez, Darryl (Yukie) Sumiki, and Janel (Craig) Kai; 12 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
