Richard Gordon Vallance, 79, of Hilo, HI passed away on Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at the Hilo Medical Center. He was a veteran of the US Navy. An inurnment service will take place on Friday, Oct. 21, 2016 at 12 noon at the Hawaii Veterans Cemetery #2. No known survivors.
