Rocal Haunani Spencer of Waimānalo, O’ahu passed away on February 21st, 2026 in Hilo, Hawaii. She was born on January 24th, 1957 to parents Ashford and Judy Spencer. Rocal was a former Honolulu City & County Lifeguard and Substance Abuse Counselor at Hilo Bisac. She is survived by son Anthony Fuga (Kanoe), daughters Paula Fuga (Brandon Botelho) and Misty Fuga, grandchildren Sami and Toa Fuga, siblings Ashlyn Crawford, Toni Whittington, Georgina Wilcox, Ku’ulei Spencer, and many beloved cousins, grand nieces and nephews.
