Seijin Hokama's Obituary
Seijin Hokama, 96, of Hilo, HI passed away on Wednesday, December 27, 2017 at Pohai Malama. He was born in Honolulu, HI. He was a retired electrican for HT&T, a member of Hui Okinawa, Pohakulani Kumiai, SeniorNet, and Christ Lutheran Church. A visitation will take place on Tuesday, January 9, 2018 from 10 am to 11 am at Christ Lutheran Church; a Celebration of Life will take place at 11 am. Urn burial to follow at Homelani Memorial Park. Family requests casual attire, no flowers, and no koden. He is survived by spouse, Tome Hokama of Hilo, HI; daughter, June (Terry Sharrard) Hokama-Sharrard of Tacoma, Washington; 2 sisters, Lynette Nishimura of Pearl City, HI and Sadako Morita of Kapaa, HI; numerous nieces and nephews.
