Skip Dahlen's Obituary
Skip P. Dahlen, 77, passed away on July 14, 2017 in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. He was born on December 25, 1939 to Paul and Hazel Dahlen in Spokane, Washington.
Skip Dahlen lived each day to the fullest in beautiful, Kona, Hawaii, his favorite place in the world. He had a love for the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and working in the sunshine. Always true to himself, very independent, tenacious, and hard-working with his entrepreneurial spirit. And his generosity was an example for all.
Above all, Skip treasured his family. Survived by his wife, Adriana Dahlen, and their children Christopher and Paulina. Also Survived by additional children; Wally Dahlen of Hailey, Idaho, Kandice Backman of Spokane, Washington, Jeff Dahlen of Chicago, Illinois, D'Arcy Brown of Fort Myers, Florida, Hans Dahlen of Eugene, Oregon, and Dar Dahlen of Eugene, Oregon. Skip was blessed with 13 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Skip is also survived by his two sisters, Joan Harris and Bobbee Joy Rattray, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Skip will be missed dearly by his family and many friends. We are sure he will be smiling down on us all. No services will be held.
