Teddy Bell has been in my life for over 25 years. She was a very special person for my husband Christopher Linden and for me. She was a loving,caring person and always a pleasure to be with. I'm so glad I had the opportunity to see her recently. She will be missed by many people. I am grateful to have known her and I know you, her family and friends, will treasure the many memories of her.
Teddy had been on my mind all week even though I hadn't seen her for almost 14 yrs. I googled her name and wouldn't you know, it was on the same day that her obituary appeared in the newspaper. I was the Executive Director of Bay Clinic while she served on the Board for many years. She was my hero. She was a fighter for the underserved, an advocate for liberal causes, and she was at least 40 years younger than the body she lived in. I loved her and will miss knowing that she walks the earth. Even though we fell out of touch with each other, I can't help but think that our spirits will cross paths again in eternity. To Teddy's family and loved ones, I hope that your mourning period is short and that your memories live on forever. She was the best of everything good.
