Wilhemina “Aunty Willy” Ku’ualohaonapua Kamalamalama-de Souza, 65, of Pahoa, HI died June 10, 2018, in Hilo, HI. Born in 1952 in Hilo, she was a full time student at the University Of Hawaii having earned a Bachelor Of Arts in 2017, as well as a Bachelor Of Women’s Studies and a Bachelor Of Philosophy in May of 2018.
A memorial service was held.
She is survived by her wife, Linda Kamalamalama-de Souza; her parents, George “Bouncer” and June Lehua Kamalamalama; four brothers, George Kamalamalama, Terry Kamalamalama, Joseph Jason Kamalamalama, and Bern’ard Kamalamalama; and one sister, Alberta Kamalamalama; she is also survived by four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
