We signed up my grandmother for the cremation plan offered several years ago. This is a great idea and everyone should pre pay and plan for these unfortunate events. Having planned and paid early made every detail easier when my grandmother finally passed recently. The people at Homelani are very nice.

“My sister and I are incredibly grateful for the care and compassion we received from Porscha at Homelani Memorial Park. Because we live on the mainland, we had to make all of the arrangements for our dad over the phone, which made an already difficult situation feel overwhelming. From the very beginning, Porscha was incredibly attentive to our needs and communicated with us every step of the way. She made sure we always knew what was happening and what to expect throughout the entire process. Porscha truly went above and beyond when it came time to send our dad to us on the mainland. She helped us navigate the USPS delivery process, tracked the shipment closely, kept us updated along the way, and made sure that our dad arrived safely to us. Her level of care and attention meant more to us than I can put into words. During one of the hardest times in our lives, Porscha treated my sister and me with so much compassion, kindness, and respect. She made us feel like we were family rather than just another family she was assisting. We will always be thankful for everything Porscha did for us. I would highly recommend Homelani Memorial Park to anyone who has lost a loved one and is looking for a team that will handle their family with genuine care, compassion, and dignity.”

“The initial contact was by phone which appt was the next day. Met by Loke (Family service advisor) then Porscha (Arranger). Process for paperwork was fast and easy (digital). Process to pick up my dad’s body from hospital morgue was quick as well. Cremation took a little over a week or 2, only because state paused it, if not I would have brought him home that week. I stayed informed by Porscha throughout the process. His pick up was fast and easy. I really recommend Homelani Memorial Park&Crematory. Best experience yet.”
