“The initial contact was by phone which appt was the next day. Met by Loke (Family service advisor) then Porscha (Arranger). Process for paperwork was fast and easy (digital). Process to pick up my dad’s body from hospital morgue was quick as well. Cremation took a little over a week or 2, only because state paused it, if not I would have brought him home that week. I stayed informed by Porscha throughout the process. His pick up was fast and easy. I really recommend Homelani Memorial Park&Crematory. Best experience yet.”

“Sudden, unexpected deaths happen all the time. My wife and I experienced that with both our fathers. Having a funeral plan in place won’t take away from the pain of losing a loved one, but it will definitely help guide the next steps that have to take place. Loke helped us to set up a plan that will insure our wishes be carried out when it’s our time. As frequent travelers, the plan also insures that we will return to Hilo. We also have the comfort of knowing our keiki will not be stuck with an unexpected bill. It was a pleasure working with Loke. We will recommend her to our keiki and all our ohana and friends.”
