Donald Cameron Seaton Jr.'s Obituary
Donald “Don” Cameron Seaton Jr., 94, passed away on Sunday, May 6, 2018 at the Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Hilo, HI. He was the proprietor of Greenhouse Specialists Keaau, cultivation superintendent for Paauhau Sugar, Hamakua Sugar and Laupahoehoe Sugar, a member of New Hope East Hawaii, and a Captain in the U.S.M.C. during WWII and the Korean War. A visitation will take place on Friday, June 15, 2018 from 11 am to 12 noon at New Hope Hilo Church; a Celebration of Life will take place at 12 noon. Family requests Hawaiian/casual attire and to omit flowers. He is survived by 2 daughters, Donna Smith of Salinas, CA and Julie Ingman of Keaau, HI; 3 sons, Tom (Rosie) Seaton of Honokaa, HI, Phillip Seaton of Keaau, HI, and Scott (Michele) Seaton of Stayton, OR; 10 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews
